Early morning routine
Continuing on to my post from yesterday, getting up at 5 am in the morning can be the best thing you can do to yourself.
Time in the morning allows you to do things that you would miss on in the evening. Morning time is something you can control. If you are able to meditate, workout, read the news and grab a good breakfast between 5 am and 8 am, you are already ahead of the curve to hit success.
It is hard but you can do it. Push yourself, every day!
