We humans are impatient, and we want everything now. It's our nature, but developing patience and endurance would make you a stronger person. Everything eventually happens as long as your goal is justified, and you are committed and consistent.
I have seen many episodes of life around me (be it a relationship or any material product), acts done in a rush resulted in an adverse outcome.
As a child, I wanted so many things in my life, and I wanted them now. I did not get all of those right away, and that did develop some degree of patience in me. I kept working towards my goals and did not let the noise of things distract me.
Today I have almost everything I wished for in a lot better form than I expected. People and things I used to look up to don't matter anymore. This journey strengthened my faith and leads me to believe if and when something is going to happen; it will.
The key is to get clarity on your bigger goals, develop patience and strengthen your faith. You must at the same time stop hearing to the noise and kill the fear of people judging you. Listen to your heart. It's your life; no one else matters except you and the people who you care about.
What spikes at times falls very fast. Never take decisions in a rush, take your time to think twice before making a call or even to respond to some question. This, however, doesn't mean that you shouldn't push yourself for the skyrocketing growth. Do so but listen to your heart (beyond what your mind tells you). However, if something isn't happening do not give up or change your route. If you believe, that's the right track you will get there.
You or I cannot completely control things that are bound to happen so embrace it.
I read a quote on my Instagram this morning:
Some people think that to be strong is never to feel pain. In reality, the strongest people are the ones who feel it, understand it, and accept it.
